Order ABP.SG placed on 20 January 2026 with a pickup scheduled for 24 January 2026 at 10 am, which was acknowledged. I arrived at the outlet around 10:20 am, but the staff seemed confused as my order wasn't ready. I was informed that today's collection hadn't been delivered yet. I explained that the pickup time had already been confirmed, and requested the order be delivered to my address by 3 pm since the delay was on their end. The staff attending to me, RY, handled the situation and contacted SH, who we had been liaising with, to arrange for collection. While RY did her best, the overall process was poorly managed, and it appeared that SH had overlooked the collection arrangement. I emailed SH but didn't receive a response, so I followed up via WhatsApp and finally got confirmation that the order would be delivered by 3 pm. The cupcakes arrived around 2:15 pm, and the birthday girl was thrilled to see them! The cupcakes themselves were okay, but the decoration was what really delighted her. Everything would have been perfect if not for the poor coordination.

Penny Khor is very helpful as I had hard time purchasing on line esp choosing the flavor, nonetheless, she offered the smaller tower of 40's in which I bought 2 sets for daughter's 21st bday.
