Changi Village Fried Hokkien Mee has been frying up its signature Hokkien prawn noodle for over 30 years, with the original stall still drawing crowds at Changi Village Hawker Centre. There is only one dish on the menu, Hokkien mee, served wet and soaked in a rich prawn broth alongside generous helpings of pork belly, sotong, and already-peeled prawns. The accompanying sambal is slightly sweet and pungent, perfect for mixing in for a different flavour altogether. Dine-in and takeaway are available.
Queue up at Changi Village Fried Hokkien Mee for a plate that has kept loyal fans coming back for decades.
