Heritage Teochew pig organ soup and braised trotter at this hawker stall.
Pig's Organ Soup and Braised Pig's Trotter is a hawker stall that specialises in two heritage Teochew dishes, serving a clear, peppery pig organ soup loaded with offal cuts and a braised pig's trotter that falls off the bone. Known for its clean, well-seasoned broth that lets the flavour of the offal shine without masking it, this stall honours a Teochew tradition that fewer stalls still practice.Based on 15 Google reviews
