Kitty, a regular, raves about Souperb 蒸好吃 at One Punggol Hawker Centre, so she brought me along for my first visit. We ordered the Signature Steam Prawns, the Minced Bean Paste, and two servings of white rice. The prawns were perfectly cooked, succulent, and bursting with flavor, the minced bean paste was rich, delicious, and a perfect complement to the prawns, the rice was perfectly steamed, the sauces were concentrated, not diluted, showcasing the high quality of ingredients, the service was friendly and efficient, we even received a discount, reducing our bill to $32.76, the overall experience was exceptional, confirming Kitty's praise, this stall is a must-try for anyone looking for fresh, delicious steamed seafood in Punggol, it's now one of our favorites, highly recommended.
