Really tasty thosai and prata! I especially like that the thosai is nicely fermented, giving it that lovely tang and umami flavour. Prata is crispy and served with a delicious fish curry. Yums.

Hidden Indian stall at Serangoon Garden Market. The roti prata is light and not oily, just how I like it. The fish curry is rich and flavorful. The friendly owner even serves the food to your table when it’s not too busy. Definitely worth a try!
