Mala xiang guo and dry pot stall stir-frying picked ingredients in numbing Sichuan sauce.
Xiang Guo Shi Dai is a mala xiang guo stall that invites diners to select from a chilled display of vegetables, meats, and noodles before everything is wok-tossed in a fiery, numbing Sichuan pepper sauce. The stall is known for its well-balanced mala base, where the numbing tingle of Sichuan peppercorns and the searing heat of dried chillies complement rather than compete with each other.Spice levels are adjustable, and the ingredient selection is broad enough to satisfy both cautious newcomers and seasoned spice veterans. Available for dine-in. It is a popular stop for those who love the customisable, bold flavours that define Sichuan-style dry pot cooking.
Head to Xiang Guo Shi Dai in the North East for a mala experience that lets you call the shots. Part of the North East Eats guide, it is Sichuan fire, built your way.

Mala wasn’t well seasoned. Overcooked and oily.

SCAMMER STORE. Ordered foodpanda via from this store so many of my mala items are missing. Luncheon meat, enoki mushroom not a single inside. Furthermore portions are miserable. Ordered extra spicy came not even spicy. Don't even consider to order. Extremely disappointed and wasted my money.

Craving satisfied. 🙌 I always rant about how Mala Xiang Guo is just an overpriced version of our beloved Yong Tau Foo but here I am, giving in to that craving again. Yep, go ahead, slap me. 😆 Today's the day I dive back into mlxg, and I'm happy to have a friend join me in this junk food adventure. It's our first time trying Xiang Guo Shi Dai and we are happy with the mlxg, even though it costs $26. Fun fact about Xiang Guo Shi Dai ➡️ They only have three spice levels: bu la, xiao la, or da la. #tiramisoooo #tramisoooojiaks #jiakjiakjiak #xiangguoshidai #newteckpark #malaciangguo
